The Life Transformation Coaching Program is the summary of years of research and multiple coaching programs. It is a process created to explore all the ways you can reach higher and maintained levels of performance and potential in your life, and to succeed beyond the standard norms consistently over time. 
Obviously every person's standard level may be different than another's, but this program is about identifying your level and helping you reach the next.

Sometimes what you need coaching on is what you are trying to grow into, not just the problems you are trying to solve.

As your coach, my role is to explore how clear you feel about your overall life and goals, your physical and mental energy levels in order to perform at your best, your relationships and connections with the people around you, how confident you are in the world, what distractions or poor habits cause you to fall off course and what routines can keep you on track.

Some of the key questions that we will discuss in this program are:
What are your 3 biggest goals in your personal life for the next 3 months?
What are your 3 biggest goals in your professional life for the next 3 months?
What areas of your life would you say need more focus from you right now?
What areas of your life have you been avoiding improving?
What areas of your life do you feel are out of control right now? 
Do you feel fully engaged in your life, with your partner, kids and  family? at work? Are you engaged with yourself and your passions? Are you present in the moment?
Do you feel happy in your life? Do you have positive emotions? not just feeling grateful but actually joyous? 
Do you feel confident in your interactions with people, not just because of your knowledge or competence levels, but deep within?

Sometimes we are unhappy because we disengaged or disconnected with something, we pulled back, we avoided things: the hard conversation with a partner, the discomfort of working out, or the preparation for that meeting. Sometimes making a wrong choice or going against your character, letting go of our values or just not living up to the image we think we ought to be can be detrimental to our confidence and self-esteem.

In this 8 session program, we will delve deep into the key elements of wellbeing and happy life: health and energy levels, career/professional or personal goals, relationships and connections, social and community involvement.
Working together you will be able to define these aspects with the utmost clarity, determine the best course of action and courageously take the steps that will lead you to the life of your dreams.
